I have been ordering from this restaurant for years and they know my address well. When I called to inform them that they had overcharged my card and requested a credit on my next order, they rudely denied my request. Despite admitting the error, they refused to refund or credit the money back. After many years of being a loyal customer, I have decided to never order from them again. While their food is good, I recommend always double-checking your receipt.
