Buffalo Wild Wings - Massillon

The food was decent, but the service was quite slow. Given that there were only a few diners for lunch, the sluggish service was even more noticeable. I can't imagine how it would be during a busy time!

I discovered this restaurant two weeks ago and I’m still wondering why I hadn’t visited earlier! My family and I had been regulars at BW3 for years, particularly at the Medina location. Unfortunately, that location started imposing too many rules that hindered good customer service, and the food quality began to suffer, so we stopped going. The Kent location also has excessive rules and hidden charges—like only allowing one sauce, not providing enough sauce for the wings, and serving undercooked chicken. At the Canton location, our server returned to our table five times just to inform us of what her manager said we couldn’t do or have! We simply wanted boneless wings with no sauce and the sauce on the side, but they wanted to charge us for that! Also, we found an online bundle that said it was available for dining in or carrying out, but Canton insisted it was only for takeout. The manager then told us she would "let" us do it this time—I shouldn't feel like I'm receiving a favor for something clearly stated! After that experience, we gave up on all BW3 locations until we found the one in Massillon. So far, it’s been fantastic! Our server Kaylan was amazing, and on our second visit, we had Brittany who was just as wonderful. We even met the manager, Keri, who took the time to talk to us and recognized us as patrons. We drove 35 minutes to this location because of the exceptional customer service, the feeling of being valued, and the consistently hot and fresh food. Not once have we been told we couldn’t have our food prepared the way we wanted. Great job, Massillon! We’ll definitely be back soon, and the other locations will never see another dime from us!

Everything was fantastic but the Nashville hot chicken wasn't hot and had a drizzle of sauce. It was still good though. Fried pickles and french fries were spot on. Probably best Mt. Dew I've had in awhile.

Great place. My wife and I go here often. The food is always good and the servers are always friendly and helpful.

Not the same place I used to go to... menu has shrunk drastically. Overpriced for the quality of food compared to what I recall on from the past. Was a frequent customer at one time. Now I think I've gone for the last time... sad to say.
