Pizza Hut - Massillon

When I called my local shop to order food I was transferred to the call center, which was the first problem. Is it really necessary to have someone in another country entering pizza orders? The call center did not enter our address correctly and the door dasher could not find our house even though I responded to the dashers text with the correct address. Not sure if it was Pizza Hut or the door dasher that then cancelled our order. My husband and I called back 3 times to get our money refunded and kept getting transferred until we were exhausted with it. They never refunded our money, so they basically stole from us. Talk about taking the personal experience out of customer service. Pizza Hut has nailed that! Needless to say we will never order Pizza Hut again.

Food was good, staff was friendly, and food was hot and ready 15 minutes after we ordered. We got a large pizza with stuff crusted, cheese sticks, pasta bowls, and a cookie!

I ordered the super Supreme I belive it was called.... with no pepperoni and extra cheese and sauce on 10/12/23. I paid $2.25 for extra cheese and didn't get it. Then I get there and the doors r locked. No sign on the door that says use the drive thru. But it did give hours. Go to drive thru...pay...the guy gives me the box...now I have to pull out of line to situate the pizza so that it doesn't dump all over. U know we r used to walking out, putting it on our back seat, floor or trunk. Idk..... I wasn't too impressed. I haven't had a pizza in a very long time because I'm on keto. And this was my cheat food..... only out of convenience I went to this location only because I was in the area. Never again. Based on other reviews, this place just takes ur money and u do not get what u pay for. To me that's what I call crooks.

Quick service, pizza didn't seem to be done in the middle and price was outrageous, but I didn't order it.
