McDonald's - Matane

During the day , service is fast and food is at standards .

This was the first macdo after several hours drive from gaspé, when I thought it was a good idea to grab a coffee I drive around the next 10 minutes on the parking lot, several other cars each confused from different direction where for the trip thru with no clear sign to follow in the meantime on the drive through window there were no cars and the door was locked for on-site.

Idk, if you're less coworker, but we waited 37 minutes in the drive thru. I didn't want to eat anymore.

Currently, the load is not open to Walkin customers, so no access to washroom, only Drive-Thru that includes walk thru. slowest mcdonald’s ever, unfortunately only mcdonald’s in the city. update, 4 weeks later and all up is still true plus the load has worse, slower and more rudder, looks like 2 people who run the load. avoid them!

It is september 2021 and people still close doors because of covid? do not blame the lack of human resources on covid. they say it is on the pcu!
