Pizzéria Italia Restaurant - Matane

A great restaurant, with good food. Especially the pizza. A pla e for adults to hang out. Which the game of hockey on tv and enjoy the food and a drink with friends or just as a couple. Or order pizza for the family. Friendly staff.

I got the smoked meat pizza with added mushrooms. They served me very well, even in English, and the pizza was great. Closer to real Italian pizza than the usual New York or Chicago styles found in North America, which is just what I like.

My seafood pizza was exceptional. I had pizza with homard for first time. Shrimps was tasty too. My friends also love their pizzas.

In town for a few days and had a hunger for pizza. Searched around a decided to try Pizzéria Italia.... Best decision I 've made in a long time. In a few words- simply perfect. If you are looking for New York or Chicago style then don 't even. If you want a great pizza made with great dough, topped with great ingredients that are fresh, hot savory then this place won 't disappoint. Definitely some of the best pizza I 've had in Canada. I highly recommend them.
