Contribuisci feedbackBelieve this place were once have it's shine and glory, but sad to say not anymore for now, we're Malaysian couple spent 2 nights, one normal room another night was with private pool,Do believe staff is trying their very best to keep hotel running but it seems to be running downhill, would like to advice to the owner due to I'm actually once a hotelier myself, do believe Covid crisis impact took a good hit on tourism industry, try to cherish the staff u have, wasn't easy for them as well, would personally like to escalate matter that what we've encountered for these 2 nights. 1 Elevator it's out of service, you'll need to walk all the way by staircase if happens that your room was like ours(highest floor! , it's gonna burden up staff to carry luggage all the way up by hands, there's one staff which helped us carried 70% up and he seems exhausted so we've give him a hand, but from the information Elevator was out of service for almost a year. 2 to be honest once we've arrived our room we're totally disappointed and shocked Floor color stains,cracked(understandable Room name on the outside felt Card key slot for electrical purposes was slot in by using a piece of paper Washing sink was full of stains Bathtub looks horrible and dirty power socket we're nearly unusable bed sheet we can see plenty of black dot stains we've booked the room for our honeymoon, but the kissing Swan towel fold seriously looks like a sick peacock! We don't even dare to use it As for our only entertainment TV it's horrible...u gonna spoil your eyes just to see what's on the screen, there's several channels in it but non of it is clear or visible.. in a more simple word to understand is room is terrible 3 we've managed to make a complaint and change a room, everything seems slightly OK but yet...hot water only last for like less than 10mins..level to switch between shower head or water to full up Bathtub was out of order...can u imagine we've been force to use kettles just to make our Bathtub feels warmer?and it tooks more than 7mins just to see water boiling... 4 2nd day(here comes the worse part of whole stay!!!! staff was very kind to help us transfer to private pool room when we're out for our activities we've enjoyed the private pool despite of the previous horrible room and with our floating breakfast we did a little swim at night but guess what, both of us doesn't feel right the next day, it causes us skin redness,itchiness, and my wife even caught a fever due to a infection we've just safely landed back to our country and the first thing was we headed to clinic and did several test with tons of medication due to virus infections! Believe whole senggigi been affected by the previous earthquake and hit hard by Covid, most of the tourism was moved to Gili Trawangan instead. Writing up this it's for the owner to aware of how serious this issue can be, btw your staff rocks and provide us as much hands as well needed. Good job and keep it up!
An amazing stay! Love at first sight..Beautiful room with private pool..sooo relaxing! Highly recommended (been there almost 4y ago)..Very good food and vegetarian/vegan options available
Uncomfortable stay : lift is still broken so can't go to top floor restaurants without sweating. The room is outdated and dirty. Our bathroom leaked and need a scrub all over. The bed sheet is scratchy and the doors don't lock properly. Walls are chipped and room amenities need replacing. Having said that the staff was friendly and attentive. Thankfully we only stay a night.
Nice healing in here..... Good building. Delicious meal. Need lift to go up.... But nice view.
Despite the staff being absolutely lovely, I cannot recommend this hotel. The picture's are absolutely from pre covid times, the hotel is now in desperate need of maintenance. Calling it a 4 star hotel is an absolute stretch. Upon arrival it was clear that the hotel needed A LOT of maintenance. Just in our room: AC leaking profusely (fixed next day) TV remote broken (fixed next day) WiFi didnt work (fixed next day) The knob of the shower switch valve was broken, so showering was very hard (glued back on, fell of next day again) Glass in window has separated from the wood frame Half way through our stay the WiFi box was removed, so we no longer had internet. Offered solution was to use the WiFi in the hotel lobby. Towards the end of the stay the AC and lights in the room stopped working, suspect due to heavy rains. Despite notifying staff, this was not fixed. Across the broader hotel: The lift is broken Everything, absolutely everything, needs paint retiling A couple of other annoying things: There are black out curtains in the room, but next to the bed there is another window with no curtains at all. So the second the sun comes up, its bright. The pool is in front of the breakfast restaurant. So if you are keen on an early swim or tanning session, everyone at breakfast is staring at you. Especially because it is not custom for women to be in bikini's. There is a lot of stairs (no lifts), so not suitable for parents with little kids or elderly people. Pool is fairly small and not suitable for little ones. A couple of good things: Magic view (towards top of hotel, prepare to climb stairs) Very comfy beds! Food is pretty good
