Great flavours,great ambience and service. We loved the open,airy interior decorated with flair . The service was good and the menu offers a real alternative to typical Portuguese cuisine. O Paulo use their Mediterranean style to create imaginative dishes with sizeable portions ,arriving hot and the same time. My teriyaki salmon was delicious,the asian spice and flavour perfect. The duck was cooked well and served with a sweet potato mash. The highlight was the chocolate brownie,wow,one of the best!! The atmosphere was buzzy,friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return. It was a long drive but worth it!!

Great decor, an interesting menu and great service. Not a 5 as the river was a little salty and one of our meat dishes was a third part fat . But to be honest, without even eating that bit I was still very full and food was otherwise very good. The food we saw going out to the other tables looked great too, so we might even come back (it's quite out of the way for us).

This was arguably our best food experience in Portugal so far, after 10 days of touring. Four of us had three different main course choices, the Black pork, pork tenderloin and the beef steak with mushroom sauce. All were prepared perfectly and were delicious. The wine suggested by the owner was also excellent and a perfect pairing. We had the PURO Tourigo-Chã red wine from the Douro valley.. Reservations are a must. The owner and staff were all very welcoming and attentive. The menu was in Portuguese and English, ordering in English was no problem. The full meal for four, with pre-dinner aperitifs, main courses, wine and desserts totaled a very reasonable €107. We had very nice live music as well. Highly recommend this place if you are in or near Pombal.

Comida deliciosa e bem confeitada. simpatia pessoal e sempre muito atento para perguntar se estávamos desfrutando e tudo estava indo bem. espaço é bastante agradável. boa relação qualidade/preço, só tinha um, mas colocou 1€ mais no ATM do que o que era efetivamente a conta.
