Contribuisci feedbackThe food was delicious. While many regular customers seemed to choose from the grand menu, as a first-timer, I went with the recommended menu. They also seemed to offer aged fish, which they have been handling for 1-2 years. I was intrigued by the ostrich tataki, although I wanted to try the chicken liver, I decided to take the challenge. It was seasoned with sesame sauce, which tasted similar to chicken liver and is often described as tasting like beef or horse, but to me, it tasted more like horse and was delicious.
Excellent! The chef really knows how to master the deliciousness of the fish, it truly felt seasonal. The liver sashimi was also delicious! Every other dish was also top-notch! The avocado was delicious too~! Overall, the food was reassuringly good. It seems like they are very conscious about their drinks too, nothing disappoints. The fried horse mackerel and chicken liver sashimi are exquisite. Unlike the thin and common horse mackerel found in the Kanto region, this fried horse mackerel is thick and juicy, similar to a fried chicken size. It was such a shock that I can't eat Kanto-style fried horse mackerel anymore. Due to the limited number of seats, it may be advisable to make a reservation.
