West Indies Food - Mattapan

I frequently order from this restaurant, but I'm not sure what went wrong this time.

The food was burnt. The corned beef hash had a terrible flavor. The onions weren't cooked on the potatoes. The mushrooms were also not cooked in the eggs. Brother has been a staple for years in Mattapan…this was the worst experience I've had. I will never order from there again

I ordered a large, expensive coffee but it was never delivered to me. The restaurant didn't show much concern about the mistake and instead shifted the blame to GrubHub and their drivers. I have found GrubHub drivers to be unreliable and many restaurants don't seem to take care when preparing orders correctly. This used to be my favorite breakfast spot, but now I am disappointed.

The driver didn't follow instructions didn't care where they left my food

The food was delicious, as usual, but it seemed a bit hurried in its preparation.
