Papa John's Pizza - Mattawan

I ordered a pizza about a month ago and was given the wrong one. Disappointing for sure but these things happen. The major issue here however is that I was called right after leaving the store by the manager on duty who stated they had given me the wrongpizza, and would put a credit for a free pizza for me in their system. When I went in today to redeem my free pizza the manageron duty told me there was no notation at all about a free pizza, essentially calling me a liar and telling me to get lost. Themanagement of this location is dishonest and unethical. Also, when you call the stores direct number it routes you to a callcenter in India. I definitely recommend going elsewhere.

We ordered our pizza and they said it would be delivered in an hour. After waiting an hour and 40 mins we called and it they said they delivered it. We never got our order and they couldn?t even describe the house they delivered it to. There was no talkabout making any of it right. Listening to the lies and excuses was annoying. Zero stars.

The toppings on this large pizza were quite sparse. I counted only 5 mushrooms, 6 green peppers, and perhaps 8 pieces of sausage. What has happened to the quality of their pizzas?

I wish I had taken a picture. I ordered a pizza while heading home after a long day of traveling. I was informed they were short-staffed, and I completely understand that. However, when I went to pick it up two hours later, I was glad I checked the order. Two slices of my pizza were missing. I was told they had given my order away. But the box had my name on it, so that's clearly not true. I'm really relieved I checked before leaving. What kind of business would serve a half-eaten pizza? I'm sorry, but I’m going to share this experience with all my friends. As someone who runs a business, I would never allow this to happen.

I absolutely love this restaurant! Everything I order is consistently delicious. On the rare occasions when I've had an issue, such as a dish being undercooked or overcooked, they always resolve it to my satisfaction. Even though it's the farthest pizza place for me to pick up from, I always choose them without hesitation!
