Carolina Beer Temple - Matthews

I stumbled upon this restaurant while waiting to meet some friends for dinner and I was not disappointed. Sam, our server, was excellent with a wonderful personality. He made me feel welcome immediately and provided great feedback on the beer selection. I discovered some IPAs to add to my list and even tried a few new ones. My only suggestion would be for the restaurant to add a beer flight option to their menu.

I found the restaurant to be a lovely and comfortable place to dine. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I wish there were more options available for takeout (only 2 medium-sized refrigerators to choose from). It is more of a sit-down restaurant, but I will definitely be returning simply because I enjoyed my dining experience.

I appreciate the regular introduction of new local brews and weekly events at this restaurant. Their Facebook page is always updated with entertaining events like board game nights, food truck visits, brewing demonstrations, and tasting sessions.

Great service, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. the people seemed really fun to be football while I was there. good selection of craft beers and really beautiful outdoor seating.

Amazing beer selection. The team behind the bar know their stuff and can give anyone a good recommendation.
