Mcdonald's - Mattoon

My mccrispy was literally thrown together, sloppy. My mcdouble tasted like it was 2 days old with hard cheese.

As if it's not bad enough that they don't stay open 24 hours a day like the rest of McDonald's and they don't serve breakfast 24 hours like the rest of the McDonald's now they apparently don't take $50 bills or $100 bills to pay for your food either it seems like they keep jacking up their prices along with all the rest of the McDonald's but they offer less and less service than all the rest of the McDonald's n don't ever try to order 2-20 piece chicken nuggets because you'll never get all 40 nuggets anytime we've ever tried to order 2-20 piece nuggets for my two sons we've only gotten 30 nuggets and for some reason the McDonald's on one side of Mattoon charges higher prices than the McDonald's right on the other side of Mattoon go figure

McDonald's fills a need ,but if I was deciding what's for dinner I would drive right past it in any direction.Wheelchair accessibility: You can wheel right in and to the counter to order your meal of death.

I come here about four times a year and it's always something. Today was no different bunch of deplorable managers that like to antagonize people when they're p aggravated about the sub par service. Today was the last day I will ever go to this McDonald's. They even threatened to call the cops on me in the drive-thru. Mess around and catch a case at this McDonald's

Got our food quickly and was accurate with what we ordered!
