Good food. They gave me a regular drink instead of a frozen one in the drive-through, and this wasn't the first time. All t heir food is good!
Upon entering the restaurant, the service staff displayed a noticeably unapproachable demeanor, as if they were unwilling to serve customers. The counters were messy, with drinks spilled everywhere. If they aren't happy to be at work, they shouldn't come in. When customers choose to spend their money there, they deserve at least a friendly attitude and respectful treatment.
I always order the chicken sandwich combo, and it's consistently delicious. However, the sides can be cold at times.
I arrived at 1:04 PM and didn't receive my food until 1:41 PM. The manager noticed that the staff was overwhelmed but did nothing to assist them. Instead, she just walked around with a clipboard as if she were in charge, while we customers waited as if we didn't matter. Popeyes really needs to hire more staff, or at the very least, have the managers pitch in during busy times. There was no "thank you, come again" either. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Popeyes.
