The food was mostly tasty and spicy and filling, and the service was nice, but I honestly can't recommend it. It's breathtakingly expensive for what you get. Detailed comparison: I will compare it to my favorite hole-in-the-wall chinese place, China Chef Maumee. For lunch, both places offer the entree, rice, and a side of hot&sour soup. The entrees were comparable, both are good. Rice: China Chef gives you fried rice with a small amount of diced veg mixed in, while Bangkok is plain white rice. The side of hot&sour soup Bangkok offers is of visibly lower quality of ingredients and literally half the size of the China Chef tub of soup. The kicker is, Bangkok charges more than twice as much for this pickup order out the door! China Chef: $6.75 no sales tax . Bangkok: $14, including sales tax ? and a $1.50 convenience fee ! . If the cost were the same, China Chef would still have the edge. But at more than double the cost...can't recommend it. A convenience fee for a pickup order? Nah. Just nah.
Best Pad Thai I have ever had. Wished that I lived here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
This place needs to reopen. I do patronize anymore and I 'm tired of being told we are reopening soon. BS, they never plan to reopen and I 'm not going there anymore. Thai isn 't the same from there as take out
The only Thai joint in Toledo I’ll go to. Very astute with allergies, food is always consistently fantastic, restaurant is clean and service is always very prompt and friendly. Great for gluten free/vegetarian Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
