The best breakfast in maumee. we have been going to the briarfield for a few years and I will never be impressed by the quality of food here. it is a stripe-mall, lower key, small operation, so it doesn't scream to eat here. the waiting staff is attentive and understandable from the menu. The menu points are standard to breakfast. what makes it out is the fresh quality of the ingredients. Not too often I post reviews just have never been my thing, but if I tell you that this place is a must to take my word for it. Yes, they can sometimes be busy and you may need to wait 10 minutes for a table, but it is absolutely worth it! There is a gas station going directly over the street fill your tank while you wait to come back and enjoy a nice hearty breakfast / lunch! Let us now talk about food, it is 100% authentic not to cut corners or find additives. Like you'd cook in your own kitchen. The staff is exceptional and very attentive to keep your cup Joe filled when they go past. Everything around this place is a complete stop and find out for yourself?

Great and very fast service. The huge cinnamon roll is amazing. Everything's homemade. Sam the manager was great that we were all happy. Sausage engraving also from scratches. Great place to eat something on the way to work.
