Do not use Carrabba's "catering" menu I paid $75 for "catering" and was severely disappointed!!! I ordered a catering tray of Chicken Marsala for 10 people! Got 10 tiny 2 oz pieces of chicken!!! For $75!!! Are you joking! I could have ordered 4 full chicken Marsala entrees (with pasta and salad) and had more chicken in total!!! And paid almost the same amount. The photo is ONE of the ten small "servings", I took the photo on my hand so there is a frame of reference as to how tiny the serving was. I did talk with management the next morning, showed them this photo, and they agreed that the chicken did look small... and they refunded my money and gave me a gift card for future use. Probably still would not use them again for catering, as they stated that the catering serving size for chicken is 4ounces (catering for dieters I guess).
