Wendy's - Maumee

Horrible Wendy’s location. Have been told multiple times that they are only taking DoorDash orders. Tonight I placed a mobile order and they told me they weren’t doing orders. When they are taking orders, food quality is subpar. I need to get my kid to like other fast food places.

Every single time I have ordered the chili and ask for sour cream they NEVER EVER put it in the bag. Literally never fails.....they always forget. The chicken wrap I get is always just sloppy and pathetic. I rarely leave random reviews like this but my God this location is absolutely horrible and all the employees are rude. Literally everytime I go it's the same situation.

I sat in the drive thru before ordering for 30 mins but I had an appointment to go to and I needed food. I ordered then paid, I started to get in panic mode I was going to be late. The appointment was at 1pm I was in line at 12:16. Should have been plenty of time. Then I got up to the window and paid it's 12:47 it turned 12:52 I asked for my money back she told me sure and took her sweet time. I set the drink she gave me on the window sill and drove off. I ended up coming back after the appointment. Tried to go inside n talk to the manager but the door was locked no one was allowed to eat inside I guess. Then I went to the drive thru and asked for a manager. The person said they were so I complained and got the food I ordered. DO NOT GO HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE SOME PLACE TO BE IN UNDER AN HOUR. SAD STATE OF BUSINESS THIS ONE IS IN! YOU CAN LITERALLY GET SERVED AT A SIT DOWN RESTAURANT FASTER.
