Contribuisci feedbackWe placed an online order for pickup, but the restaurant claimed they did not receive it. After confirming the address and providing the confirmation number, they still couldn't find the order in their system. Despite already paying, we decided to reorder and pay with cash due to our hunger. Unfortunately, we were met with rudeness, sloppy sandwich making, and dirty looks from the staff. It seemed like they were hoping we would leave. The floors and sneeze guards were also dirty, but the bathroom was clean. Overall, not a pleasant experience for our family traveling from out of state.
I believe there is a communication issue in the kitchen area. The customer in front of me had to repeat his request six times for marinara to be heated on his first sub. The young man preparing the subs kept putting marinara on both subs despite being asked multiple times for just one. The customer's entire order was incorrect and he left in frustration. I was worried about the chaos that seemed to be unfolding. The young man was directing the girls on what to do but was not very efficient himself, and when he did help out, he made mistakes. The subs are always delicious, but it seems like the staff could benefit from more training.
This restaurant is a complete disappointment! If I wanted a sloppy sandwich, I would have requested one! I will never return here again. It doesn't even deserve a one-star rating!
Great place to get food. Friendly staff. And fresh food always. The only downside is the staff is different every time I go in. So thier turnaround makes them tend to be a lil slower due to constantly training new employees! Other then that they r amazing.
Good fresh ingredients friendly staff. BAD NO HANDICAP ACCESS IN FRONT OF STORE
