Automatically rounded up my total for Ronald McDonald house charity. If they would have asked I might have given more. If RMC needs money so desperately maybe they should reconsider the salaries of several high level executives.

Zero!! Absolutely zero rating!!! I was told cant substitute my bun for a regular bun. Sine when? Been able to do that since forever. Get to the window no receipt not even asked. Got to other window and was given drinks then then girl said what the hell . I mean the service has really went downhill. Make matters worse try to call and they just let it ring. And no they wasn 't that busy. Managers don 't care so employee get away with everything.

Ordered large fries and there was hardly any fries in the box

They get 4 stars for their friendly a.m. service (older crew) and the time they took to prepare my breakfast sandwhich correctly (not thrown together like usual)! Now the bad! The OLDER CSRs are great! They make you seem welcome. But... but the YOUNGER ones... they 're despicable! I ordered from the self- service kiosk and they were supposed to bring our order to us seated and they didn 't! I don 't know if it was because I am minority but every majority that had a table number got their order brought to their table promptly. That 's just bad service, correct? Pretty bad, correct?

Okay, that might sound weird when I came from a McDonald's review... but I never have a McDonald's Quarter Pounder in my 50-year-old life as fresh and tasty as the one I got from this place! I had to take a second to make sure I was at McDonald's! The bungalow was not all dried and cracked, it was soft, fluffy and warm. The meat was hot, juicy and tasteful, not gray, dry and sitting there on my bungalow like a sad little meat chip. Even my frits were hot, not salted, and I could chew them without breaking a tooth. I must say I was blown away from such good food from a fast food chain that usually deserves the bad rap they get. Kudos, whoever runs this site! I ran over to many friends. Hopefully you get the business you deserve!
