Parkside Grille - Mayfield Heights

When I went to get my fountain drink, a bug fell out, and when I told the cashier, he just shrugged it off and told me to pour it out and get a new one. By that point, I was completely grossed out and ended up getting a $2 refund. I definitely won't be recommending this place or returning. It was a very disappointing experience overall.

The food is absolutely delicious! Everything is served hot and fresh. I've only tried the wraps so far, but they are fantastic. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is incredibly friendly.

I've been working in the vicinity of this restaurant for over five years, and there are numerous dining options around. However, my first visit here was a delightful experience. I tried the New Yorker wrap, and it was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and satisfying—truly perfect. The fries were crispy and delicious. This place is definitely a hidden gem, and I look forward to returning soon.

Always get my order right. I order lunch for our workers and Parkside deviled the order right. Try the chicken wraps, in my opinion they are the best in the local area.
