Contribuisci feedbackThat was the worst culinary experience I ever had. we had a party of about 16 with 2 waitresses and a new person who helped. a waitress took orders at her end, as the other end of the table waited half an hour for the waitress to command. the drinks took forever, like the food, serviettes and refills. the manager must find a new field of work. they made excuses and when she said that her speeches were unacceptable and the service we received was unacceptable, she went away. 3 stars are very generous for this restaurant. it goes downhill only if the personal is not immediately reworked. starting with the manager. also at the arrival I said to greet that I had a reservation on open table and she said that they did not even see the reservations made on open table.
We went after 20 minutes, without anyone being able to give us water or get an order. we asked ourselves when our server comes and they always said soon. the worst part was that they were not even busy and only 3 small tables in our opposite. the personal sat straight and talked.
Does not even consider badly occupied reservations.
Good food, excellent service. but from what reason did I not get my points.
They had new items on the menu. They couldn’t log me in said their i pad was stolen. I should still be able to get my points for going there today.
