Contribuisci feedbackHow is this place still in business?! 25 minute wait in drive-thru with only 2 cars ahead, mid afternoon (NOT BUSY). When I finally got to the cashier I asked if my food was ready because after already waiting 25 minutes, I was in a rush. The look I got from the woman who threw the bag with my order!! And of course, the order was wrong. Never again.
Should’ve known the food wasn’t gone be good when the lady answered the intercom as if she was mad I pulled up!! For it just to switch over to lunch how are they serving cold burgers and under cooked fries!!! They need to shut this place down or get new staff
Why is it that when I place an online order in advance it’s never ready? Two times now I had to go in and wait for them to scramble to get my food ready. If you don’t check your food right in front of them it’s probably wrong. And when something is missing why they pretend it’s your fault? I had to literally open up my burger to show that my baconator literally had no bacon. What type of management they got going on needs to be fixed. If you’re choosing to work in customer service let alone food service just do your job. ATTITUDE GO CRAZY!!!
Was just there. The lady who did drive thru was super super rude. U should have signs saying u don’t have somthing new in stock. Very very rude. Said something rude when I was pulling away. She should be fired. Horrible customer service. I can see why the one star bar is filled. Probably cause of her
I go here sometimes for lunch. Rarely good service. Today was the worst service ever. Order was wrong and the food was very cold. I ordered a bacon classic burger. It was cold w/ no bacon. The lady at the window did not greet me and was very rude with a nasty attitude and was in a rush to get me out of there. Didn't say thank you or hello.
