The Hornet Cafe - Mayo

Most wonderful pressed Cuban I have ever had. Best French Fries I've ever had the pleasure of eating in a restaurant as well. The Cafe is cozy and welcoming, staff is friendly. Facility is very clean, staff are neat and well presented. I would love to see this Cafe succeed because they take a lot of pride in Boston the location and the products they serve. I was so impressed I forgot to take a before photo. I only have one after I could eat no more.???Kid-friendliness: Blocks and books available.Parking: Parking in rear.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

The caramel frappé was the best! Full of flavor and a very large portion for the price. Nice little café. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Excellent food and service. All prepared to order. Owner is the chef. A gem in the middle of Mayo. Highly recommend this place.

I'm so glad they opened this. Subs are nice and fresh and a great delight especially for the price. The meat selection is boar's head so selection of meats and cheese is good as expected. Will be getting from here at least once a month!

We came from West Virginia , Awesome place to eat , had the meatball sandwich which was fantastic and more than I could finish ... make sure the get a mocha frap double shot before you leave, better than starbucks, in process of buying a lot in Mayo so look foward to making this a regular stop ... keep up the great work
