Chick-fil-a - Maysville Rd, Commerce

Honestly, it's gotten to the point in our house that we hardly visit this location. We love chick fil a. And we continue to try to give the benefit of the doubt. I know how busy it gets. I know mistakes happen. I hate complaining. I will put up with getting a wrong item or missing something here or there. I will lie and say I like something when I don't, just so I don't hurt anyone's feelings. But this specific location is just not getting it right. Without exaggerating, our food is either wrong, messed up, or straight up missing entres SIXTY of the time. We stopped buying kids meals because most of the time one of our three littlekids didn't end up having one in the order. So we just order adult meals for them to share. But tonight once again we paid for an entire large entree (spicy sandwich, fries, and drink) and came home to discover only the drink. I realize that we could check our order before we leave the drive thru but chick fil drive thru is very fast pace and my husband was by himself getting dinner for us and our 4 kids. I really hope management sees this and you ask your staff to do better. Because everyone else got to have their chick fil a tonight but me as the mom, missed out. And I was the one who requested it for dinner. Super disappointing.

The places immaculate, the service is the best, that is Chick-fil-A which is always clean

I have been coming to this chick-fil-a for years with that being said. I have never had to sit in line for over 20 minutes for an order so simple. I ordered 2 chicken biscuits and two 10 count chicken minis and took 20 minutes from the time I ordered to receive it. I am sorry, but an order that is simple should be out no later than 8 min. I don't know if it is the magement or what, but I know it used to run a lot lot better than what it is now. So if you're short on time, then do not go here

Great location and the food was delicious, I love the nuggets and waffle fries.
