Koji Japanese Steakhouse

Called in a to go order for sushi. Asked for a vegetable roll and the lady told me she would have to call me back because she needed to ask about it. Let her know that was fine. Mind you I just recently had ordered a vegetable roll from here. They never called back so we tried calling again. A man answered this time so we asked for the vegetable roll again. He told us the same thing. We were also met with attitude and told we needed to know everything we wanted before calling which we did so I’m not sure why that was said. We have always had a good experience with koji, so we were shocked by this today.

This place was just ok, while the servers are nice, once we got our food we never saw anybody come back and had to stop someone each time we needed something as they walked by. The portions were fair but the food was not seasoned and our noodles came out cold, the chicken was bland the rice was literally just rice with nothing in it and even adding sauce didn't make it better. The shrimp was fine and the salad with the ginger salad dressing was probably the best thing that I had honestly. I would not go back there but maybe it was an off night so you give it a try!

I don’t know who you are talking about the guy in the front. He is the nicest guy that I ever known, and he was respectful and kindly talks to everybody never been rude to me or any other people that I seen

My husband order the fried soft shell crab. The crab tasted awful. As it was over cook and had really bad taste. Also they didn’t even let us finish our appetizers before they brought our dinner. The only good thing was the soup and that was it. The whole place just gave us an unwelcome vibe.

Rude , cheats you on food , never same amount especially if the grill is full of ppl . They are greedy , don’t under English and over chargers and you’re charged for things you don’t ask for.
