Cafecream - Maysville

During our visit from the city, we absolutely fell in love with Cafe Cream. We enjoyed their smoothies both days we were in town, and the sandwich wraps were outstanding—so fresh and delicious! The ice cream was also fantastic. We even got to meet their mascot dolls, Bruce, which was a fun bonus. I really wish we had a place like this in Northern Kentucky. The staff was friendly, quick, and efficient with our food, making for a wonderful experience overall.

--- **Updated Review** I decided to adjust my rating due to the owner's response, as I visited on the first day of the new staff training. While the ice cream was good, the service was lacking. The restaurant was only half full, and despite having six employees in the back, many customers, including myself, faced long wait times. I waited 25 minutes for three cups of ice cream, and I noticed others around me received their orders and left before I did. When my order finally arrived, it was served in cups instead of the bowls I had requested. If you're on a schedule and need to be somewhere within two hours, I wouldn't recommend this place. I also overheard a customer complaining about waiting an hour for a salad, to which the staff member at the counter admitted he didn't know what the issue was.

This ice cream café is amazing! The service was quick and friendly, and the ice cream treats were delicious. We definitely plan to come back. My son really enjoyed his vanilla milkshake.

A cool little place with some really delicious ice cream. You have food too, but we haven't tried. Service is very friendly and personal. Never too full, but never empty.

Cute. We drove 18 miles for a cool treat, and they catered to us with a custom smoothie. Ice cream was heavenly.
