They are changing everything to the kiosk, getting rid of ordering at the counter, talking to the cashier, it's not going to be a good change, you have to ask what the name of the order is that they sit on the counter cause they will NOT tell you! Also they are VERY SLOW!
I do not know if they were short of help or what. Dine in, we placed order and the food was ready pretty quick but it took forever to get someones attention to get our drinks. They she tells me they are out of the wild strawberry and said it dragonfruit or mt dew baha and i dont like either and wanted a coke. There was a guy in the dining are. He went up and said its been 30mins did you forget about my food. We order a dessert 2of the bonbon balls. My grandson went to get one out and there was a sticker from a frozen food item in the back stuck to it
This is the worst taco bell ever. They always have problems with staff. Have gotten sick from their food before. Have sat in drive thru for over a half hour before. Terrible location
Messed up our order and then took back the wrong order instead of throwing it away or something. Which I'm pretty sure food handlers license wise is illegal.
