Employees there are fine. The manager however needs to be checked. My little cousin went in and was flattening out the air bubbles on the window signs that are so horribly placed. No, she shouldn’t have been doing it, would have been understandable to ask her to stop. Instead manager Pam proceeds to ban her and said something along the lines of “you people always ruin things” you people implying to my Native American cousin. Although her statement doesn’t make very much sense it’s obvious on what she’s trying to imply. A person who can’t handle a simply situation without saying foul things should not be able to help run a business.
I thought the boy who took my order was not nice. My foot long had not much meat on it I asked him to put more meat on it and I would pay for more and he took two fingers and moved the meat that was on it already. I had no meat on either end of the bread. He also counted each vegetable he put on and I asked him about that because there was only a few pieces on it. Put it this way I have never been treated that bad from this place before and never had such a terrible sandwich as I did tonight. Was not worth the money I paid for it.
Every time we go the ingredients are fresh the staff super friendly. We’ve never had a bad experience.
Ordered two subs online and both were made wrong. The bread was wrong for both subs and some toppings were forgotten. Called right away about it and they were not willing to re make the sandwiches the correct way. They said they would send coupons but never asked for an address or anything. Pretty awful way to run a business or pretty awful employees.
