Starbucks - Maywood

I would give 0 stars if I could. the personal is not true, they are not motivated to work or break 100 bills. I even offered to pay for the people behind me, and they still said they shouldn't. they are full of personal, line goes all the way out of the street, and still have the nerves to say they have no change or let me be a nice person and the small child selling toys outside a drink, my own children get their drinks and baked, and pay for more than 2 strange things. shamed! never back.

Fast service in the mornings. The drive thru tends to get packed though. So if you're in a car and dont wanna wait park on the street and just walk in. Parking in the parking lot would be a bit difficult. Since you have to wait to park because of the drive thru line.

I don't know what crazy management is running this store, but it is always pathetic. I feel bad for the franchise owners, it's like these employees run wild and close whenever they want. Every single time, they close earlier than their stated working hours. It is so frustrating that we always make our way here and somehow they are always closing or no longer taking orders sometimes even in day light. Inside the store, it is always dirty with straws and papers on the floor. The condiment counter is always filthy. Please save your time and avoid this poorly run, Starbucks.

First time coming to this Starbuck and what a bad experience. The person that was tending to me was super rude and seemed like she didnt want to be there. I asked for 2 cookie crumbles and i was still looking at my phone to see what size to order and to order more drnks and she rudely asked what size in a very annoyed and bothered tone. I asked her if she was having a bad night and she snapped at me saying that i needed to tell her the sizes and that she couldnt hear me cuz of my mask, but i think that there is a better way to talk to a customer. There was no customers in line behind me so there was no reason for her to feel rushed or overwhelmed. I dont write many bad reviews cuz we are all human and have off days but when i told her that i was not going to want anything after all she said good I was so surprised she said that and i glanced back in disbelief. Its easy to say That I will not be coming back to this Starbucks due to this person . Starbucks isnt a cheap place everyone works hard for their money so when myself or anyone else for that matter spends their money at a place we kind of expect a certain type of customer service.

I like this Starbucks. This is way better than the one in bell. I mean the workers are nice. Cant expect them to be exited and happy when they deal with crappy customers all day. lol they always make my coffee good
