Contribuisci feedbackI had a pleasant experience at the restaurant. Although I had to wait a few minutes since there was only one person attending to the customers, the service was friendly. I absolutely loved the natural fruit drinks they offered. Notably, there were no unnecessary requirements, and hand sanitizer was readily available.
The staff at this restaurant were rude and unfriendly, showing a troubling attitude. When I requested jalapeños on the side, the worker simply ignored me and walked away, almost like it was a joke.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff, including the manager Lidia, were unprofessional and rude. I was insulted by being called a term I found offensive, despite not even being of that background. I just wanted to enjoy a healthy meal after my workout, which should be a simple request. The cleanliness of the place was also a concern, with dirty tables and floors. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements by hiring more professional employees. I won't be returning.
I would always come to this restaurant for a fast meal, but I have never received a terrible experience from this place until now. I called, a pickup job on the phone and a woman named lydia (she would have given me a wrong name) but apparently she's the manager. she is racist and rude to me. first she gave me an appointment that said how many minutes they will come to get the order, aggressive and she also said that she would waste the food if I did not give her exact time. how incredibly unprofessional this is. then I said I will pick it up now, I am close to the restaurant, simply they have it ready when I get there, they finally agreed by saying ok so when I went to the restaurant, I said lydia my order name, she looked at me angry and hardly started making the sandwich and then she smashed with her coworkers, and said it 's the blanco that translated me to give him. I stayed pretty, paid and left. that is unacceptable behavior. racism is tolerated against no one. the superior/higher ups must really check on this location. if they do not like their job, then leave and give it to someone who is respectful and educated.
Lady that helped me didn't seem like she wanted to be there at work, I understand we want to be home on the weekends but if that's the case pick another job because that vibe feeds off to the customers. Not the type to write bad reviews on people or businesses but without them we wouldn't know if places are any good. Needs New Management and employees with a more positive attitude and not rolling eyes. Last time I step foot in here. The current reviews speak for themselves.
