My son and I enjoyed a lot of adult drinks, beer and appetizers during the holiday. this is a hidden little gem (but not for those on a micro house) with amazing architecture and character. the service was top-notch, welcoming and friendly.
Carne asada and kokos garnelen were both excellently made with 6 large garnels perfect and guacamole was something of the best we cost.
It was Monday Oct. 25th. We landed around 1pm from Chicago got settled in, took a cab to Margaritas got there around 4:30-5:30 pm. This was not our 1st time and we were hungry from traveling all day. We were seated right away. They had...some great specials. My wife got the coconut shrimp/ribs combo, I got the taco special 2 fish,2 shrimp,2 carne asada steak) and 2 quesadillas. I couldn't finish the quesadillas because of the guacamole we ordered for appetizer. Our female server was great spoke English well and Spanish slowly for us, there seemed to be only 3 people working that night and they did a great job. Great place for your 1st night after traveling all day.
Opposite to the Holiday Inn, this quaint Mexican restaurant is one you need to visit. Stop in for breakfast or lunch and and enjoy the extensive menu and cold beer
