The potatoes are good and there are a lot of different toppings to choose. Our only complaint is that sometimes when we want barbecue sauce, there is not much there so that it is a bit dry. But you can always ask for more butter or sauce. And it's not just potatoes. They also have a variety of sandwiches. We haven't tried that yet because we still like the potatoes. This is a nice little restaurant and the girls who work there are always very nice and friendly. If you like baked potatoes with a lot, or a bit of toppings this is a good place to go.
Bad temperature in the building. I've been ignored for a long time, though it wasn't busy. My sandwich was so sweet, the bread was mush. The soup was quite delicious, but very small in serving for the price. I ordered three big soups, but I didn't notice that I only have one when I'm home. That was on me. It was too late to call and believe. The building itself was beautiful and eccentric enough to engage. I will try again and edit this review.
Actually at least a 4.7 stars very basic restaurant setting, but wonderful food! 4 of us ate for $30 (2 people shared one potato)! This place is a McKenzie favorite for or family.
Got the apple cranberry salad and potato soup in a bread bowl. Could not eat it all but it was so delicious I tried. : This place is so cute! Potato heads everywhere and cute advertising from the town.
Very happy with our Praters Tater's!! I highly recommend getting a baked potato from them. I'm so glad that I found them while visiting family in Gleason. There potatoes were huge and loaded with various toppings.
