Everything was fresh. great while on holiday without kitchen.

You would be absurd to not do some of your local shopping at Local Flow Health Bar! I ordered some gift cards for the holiday shopping with them and started to panic as I had not seen them in the mail yet, for whatever reason. And I emailed them back saying I had not got them and they made sure to get it sorted out and took care of my concern quickly. Superb customer service which is difficult to see with large companies like Amazon and other retailers.

Compared to most places sell juices etc. this place is a great value for money

This restaurant is fantastic! As someone who is lactose and gluten intolerant, finding places to eat can be a challenge. But stumbling upon this gem was a relief for me! The green smoothie I tried was delicious, and the owner was incredibly kind and even let me add my own Arbonne Protein Powder Pack to it. I will definitely be returning and recommend this place to others. They use fresh ingredients and the prices are reasonable.

This is the perfect spot for a quick and nutritious pick-me-up! The ambiance at the restaurant is warm, inviting, and rejuvenating. The team is incredibly friendly and attentive. I tried the sweetie smoothie and it was absolutely amazing! It is truly a unique and refreshing option that is much needed and appreciated in downtown McMinnville.
