I just live away from here and I can't believe I've never tried it until now. Excellent food!! And the Apple Cobbler was amazing.

Best BBQ in town! A great family business, Carey Out offers great taste and friendly service. Your hot wings should die and make your mouthwater. Large desserts, fast service and reasonable prices make care a must. Your catering is also excellent, with the food pipping hot when delivered. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough to go and try some of the best BBQ.

I don't live in McAlester, but I can tell you that there is no doubt that this is the best BBQ around. The best I've had for a long time. The service was excellent! Wonderful people who have entered this place. Make sure you stop at Cancer/McAlester.

Really good BBQ can't beat it best in town and even gives tulsa BBQ a run for their money ribs were nicely season and tender brisket was too Mac and cheese is to die for good prices can't beat that will be back
