Contribuisci feedbackI received a triple dipper all in ONE box. There were honey Chipotle wings on bottom, southwest eggrolls on top of that. So basically everything was covered in honey Chipotle BBQ sauce. Awful. This is the 2nd time for this exact experience. I guess they dont care what your food is like when you get it.
When I pay outrageous prices for the food, I expect to get EVERYTHING it should come with! I ordered 4 appetizers and a salad: chips and salsa, a skillet queso, a guacamole, and wings... and then a quesadilla salad which should have come with a salsa. So, in total I should have received 3 bags of chips, 2 salsa, 1 queso, 1 wings, and 1 guacamole, plus my salad. You sent ONE SAD HALF FILLED BAG of chips for ALL that, on super bowl Sunday! The chips were basically crumbs and I paid almost $60!!! DO BETTER CHILIS! A very disgruntled customer...
I ordered a steak and it was the smallest steak I have ever seen as a hamburgerpatty. And it was not cooked as I wanted to wait to get refilled drinks. I'm not one too bash or something, but it's too expensive not to complain when you eat everything was wrong I'm so disappointed
All right. some have lost or forgotten my order. when it came out, the steak was delicious, but the brokkoli was over boiled and muddy and the loaded kartoffels looked like they were sitting under a heat lamp too long. the server was attentive and the store was clean.
We went there in february and everything was terrible eating was over boiled, dry and seemed just old a wasting of $100 dollars,We thought it might be just a bad night and ordered an order at the last weekend and it was so terrible it was not edible. we wasted $70. it is sad because chilis was one of our favorite family restaurants, but the terrible quality control is not worth it again trying and wasting another $70 dollars. it is sad that chili allows standards to fall on under edible.
