We started with alligator, which was a fantastic choice. Our group sampled the shrimp, redfish with étouffée, and chicken strips, and we were all very pleased with our meals. The service from our waiter was excellent. The only downside was the long wait and the lack of space for many people to stand while waiting. This just goes to show how popular the food is! Regardless, I would definitely return!
We had an amazing dinner at this restaurant. My husband enjoyed a steak that he described as both tender and delicious. I tried the coconut yogurt, which was the best I've ever had—even considering we lived in North Carolina. The staff was wonderfully attentive without being overly intrusive. We even had the chance to meet the owner, who took the time to chat with us. It was a truly wonderful experience.
Came here for lunch. The food was excellent....Our waiter in the bar area could have benefited from some people skills.
We had outstanding food and service at trappers Fish Camp. The bayou gumbo is amazing. They truly know how to cook various types of fish, steaks, and southern cuisine. I hope to return every trip I make to OKC
The interior is like a Backwoods Angel Lodge. The variety of fish and seafood is huge. The portions are generous. The Sangria was delicious and huge. The pecan trout was delicious and probably weighed over a pound. The Po Boy oyster sandwich reminded us of what we order in Florida. The Tilapia Orleans was delicious. The prices were reasonable.
