Copper Moon Grill - McAllen

The atmosphere is great, but the service has taken a long time, the food took longer, and the attention of the waiter was not easy. it was packed, but there were several birthday parties. they need more help while serving. I reserved my table online, fortunately I called because they didn't have my reservation at all! they had to check if they had a table available.

The whole food was great except the kartoffels, for me it tasted like the instant potatoes that they buy in the load, but the rest was excellent, the insert was so good and tasteful and the pommes, although the looks like the ones they buy in the load, the taste was so surprisingly good, my new favourites.

Manager Goldie was excellent! Waitress OK, didn’t even introduce herself. Food was very good. Music was really nice but too loud. We couldn’t talk. A/C was very cold. We will definitely go back because of Goldie and the food.

We had a party of 10. the place was packed in the middle of brunch/lunch hour, but the total service and the eating were great. will definitely visit again soon! scare them out to help the hostess. great teamwork.
