Dairy Queen - McAllen

The staff at this restaurant are too young and inexperienced. It would be better if there were adults working there. They are very unreliable and always mess up my orders at the drive-thru. Overall, the food quality is excellent, I would give it a 5 out of 5 rating.

I rarely write reviews for fast food restaurants, but usually, this Dairy Queen location is good. However, today, my burger was overcooked and dry like the Sahara Desert, and the fries seemed stale as if they were made hours ago. Hopefully, they will improve next time.

The food was decent. I tried the new A1 double stack burger and it was okay, but I've had better burgers before. The blizzard dessert was pretty good though.

Went by to Dairy Queen on N. 23rd for the first time in years to get my family a late dinner snacks. I went inside to order, waited about 8 minutes, I was totally ignored, (It was not busy other than a regular line of cars at the drive thru). No one acknowledged me or told me they would be with me in a while. I now remember why it's been years since I've been there. No one should put up with this kind of service,(or lack of it), with so many options around so I didn't. I Left went next door to Whataburger, where I should have gone avoided this aggravation in the first place. I use to go to the one on N. 10th I had a few negative experiences there, they closed down, coincidence, maybe not!

Fast and good customer service. Ice cream was delicious
