Domino's Pizza - McAllen

Bad pizza in general. Quality here always lacks. Get pizza somewhere else.

Really good place me and my kids order from there all the time

Very disappointed with Domino's #9411 today. If I could give a negative star, I would. We've ordered from them since they opened. We ordered today, since my son wanted Domino's pizza. It took over 1 1/2 hours for them to start the delivery. And then it was delivered to the wrong house....reason was that it was prepaid and left there since it was accepted (apparently, not verified). Horrible job!!

I called to address the issue, and the manager told me that’s how they come out. I insisted that they’ve never come out completely blackened like this. He then said I would have to return to the restaurant if I wanted a credit. I asked him if he was going to cover my gas costs for the trip back. When I inquired whether they check the pizzas before handing them out, he sarcastically replied that it looked fine to him. Unfortunately, he said there was nothing he could do since he hadn't seen the pizza. I've attached a picture of it to show just how burnt it is.

The service was very poor. I waited an hour for them to update me on my delivery, only for them to call back and say that my address was difficult to locate. Extremely disappointing service.
