Koko's Mexican - McAllen

First time visitor from out of town. Good food that was brought out to our table very quickly. Too fast unfortunately since we had our appetizer only for 5 min before our dinner arrived. We ate in their outdoor dining which you can use a gate to enter from the outside. This way you don't have to walk thru restaurant. Chairs were comfortable and they had 5 large tables for groups from 4 to 6 people. I had the Deluxe Mexican plate which was ample food and gave you a good variety, enchiladas, crispy tacos, totasda and beans/rice. Only downside was the tortilla chips tasted like they were overcooked in oil. Service was very prompt. I would definitely eat here again when I'm back in town.

A classic Restaurant well known in McAllen. I can't say enough good things about this business. Service is always superb, and the food is always delicious. I recommend the Koko's special.

Great service and they have a big menu with something for everyone. Recommend this place for a quiet and relaxing meal in an intimate setting. The natural light in the daytime is a wonderful experience as well. I can recommend the enchiladas. The Koko special plate is a go to for me. The dishes here are also good choices if you are feeding a large party. Give it a go the wait staff is very friendly and patient so you are sure to have a good time.

We were seated promptly and the waiter was friendly and attentive. Food came out in a timely manner and was delicious. When paying their gift card system wasn’t working properly so I was unable to use it for the purchase. I would highly recommend if using a gift card to confirm system is working before ordering.

Excellent food, great portions and good service. Recommended to go and we dis with a large party. They catered to is well. Great experience
