I had a fantastic experience with the customer service! My waitress, Rubi, went above and beyond to prepare a salsa for my meal, which I really appreciated. The food was delicious, just like it always is!

I ordered the shrimp sopas, and it was beautifully presented. However, after taking a bite, I was completely put off by the cheese—it tasted quite off, almost like dirty feet. I mentioned this to the waitress, and she seemed to take care of it. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and worked quickly. I might consider giving this place another chance in the future.

Put an order online and specifically NO AVOCADO! You put avocado on my order. My daughter is deadly allergic to avocado and even if I remove the avocado and eat it and touch it, she will have a reaction! I asked for a REFUND, not a CREDIT in the restaurant and she gave me the apology that she was not because it was placed online and that there was a false communication between the 3td party provider and them. How is that my fault? Give me my refund and work with your third party supplier! Then I asked to talk to a manager and there is no manager available. How does a restaurant work with no manager or assistant manager?!? Unbelievable! So here I sit without food and no refund!

We went to go to another spot on a Friday evening but decided to walk out due to being completely ignored?and on our way to the car we were drawn into La Jaiba by the awesome live music that we could hear from outside. It just drew us in. We were immediately greeted by super friendly people who sat us. They we?re having happy hour until 7 so we tried their margaritas. Very delicious!!! And their appetizers were great. I especially loved the empanadas. Good atmosphere. Good food. Good service drinks and music. It was a great impromptu stop. So glad we stopped in. We will be back.
