The food is as expected. The line at the drive-thru is very long. The prices are not accurate. A large drink costs $1, but I was charged $1.69. I don't mind the extra 69 cents, but that's still a rip-off.
These individuals are deceiving customers with their drink options. When ordering a combo with a small drink, they claim to not have small cups and instead offer a larger cup without asking for permission. This has been happening consistently for the past month. Additionally, they charge an extra 34 cents for the larger drink, contradicting the belief that all drink sizes are priced at $1. It is frustrating that customers are being blamed for the lack of small cups and forced to pay extra for a larger drink. This practice adds up over time, costing customers more money each day. It is disappointing to see McDonald’s taking advantage of people during difficult times.
As a student who attends STC this is the closest restaurant, they are constantly giving me and my friends the wrong size drinks , giving us a smaller size , or getting our order wrong. they also undercook our fries and do the same thing with the sizes giving us a medium when asking for a large. they took over 10 minutes for an iced coffee and some fries. please try and do better , this is all that?s available most times and i want the size i payed for .
They have 2 drive thru and I was on one of them and nobody was there to take my order, I was there for a while and no one even bothered to attend me or even say that they were gonna be with me in a moment. They kept taking the other side of the drive thru their orders but never mine. They should put a sign or something if it was out of service or whatever and not let someone waste their time. I had a big line behind me so i decided to leave since no one took my order.
