This restaurant does not respect the priority seating system through OpenTable. They seated multiple parties who arrived after us, including two large groups. I know they didn’t have reservations because I was sitting near the host stand and overheard their conversations as they walked in. After waiting a long time, I approached the host to ask how much longer we would have to wait and why they were seating parties that arrived after us, especially since I had made a reservation through the app before leaving home. She informed me that reserving through OpenTable doesn’t count until you actually arrive at the restaurant. I questioned why they allow people to make reservations through the app if they won’t add them to the waiting list until they show up; it seems pointless. We use the app to minimize our wait time. While I don’t expect to be seated immediately, I do expect to be on the list since I made my reservation. If I’m not there when my name is called, that’s my fault, but I was there before the requested time, and they were seating others who arrived after us. She mentioned they don’t call for reservations on weekends. Overall, I was very disappointed.

The food was excellent, and the service was fine, but it could have been improved.
