Contribuisci feedbackI walked in to grab a sandwich, but the woman at the counter told me they were closed. When I mentioned that I thought they were open 24 hours, she replied that she needed a break while assisting another customer. Overall, I would rate the service a 1.
John is amazing! I ordered takeout and the whole experience was fantastic. For my meal, I spent around $20–30. The food was exceptional, earning a perfect rating of 5. The service was also top-notch, also a 5. Plus, the overall atmosphere deserves a solid 5 as well. Highly recommend!
I visited this restaurant for the first time while out of state and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. A Latina employee named Angelica was extremely rude and unpleasant to me, which left me in shock. It felt as if she was looking for a confrontation rather than assisting me. However, I want to highlight the positive experience I had with a gentleman named Andrew. He noticed how Angelica was behaving and stepped in to help me. He prepared my sandwich with genuine care, and it was delicious! Andrew truly deserves recognition for his kindness and great service. On the other hand, Angelica's customer service needs significant improvement; her attitude could seriously harm the reputation of this location. It’s clear she is unhappy in her job, and because of her, I am hesitant to return. Overall, the food was excellent, but the service and atmosphere were lacking. To the owner.. you need to take care of your store. And your employees. I know being my wife was a seeing Manger over 4 subway stores. Your prep work was bad, no ham, no tomatoes among other items, no excuse, store was hot, to hot considering food prep. Also employees can not function effectively in sweating temperatures, I give the employees 5 stars for putting up with it. And the owner no stars for letting it happen.. shame on you... Attitude and laughing at your mistakes is not appropriate for a service based business. Angelica the lady whom took our ordered failed to satisfy with her attitude and lack of customer care. She either needs to find a new place of employment in a non Service industry job or receive training on how to interact with customers and what is and isn’t appropriate in the work place.
