We checked into the hotel, late And a lot of the places were closing. Hotel owner suggested that this place was open. Atmosphere was o k and service was good but food was so so. I got the smoked chicken dinner w one side. The skin has some BBQ sauce.. so I took that off.i hand-picked off my meat, and it was quite dry, not tender like a hind quarter should be.there was a little blood close to th2 bone also.. so it definitely was not my favorite.. My friend got the briisket with one side. He had 4 pieces that looked like brisket, but then on the other side of the plate, it looked like four pieces of bacon asked what that was. Best chicken I've ever had! Moist super tender. Brisket, potato salad, beans also excellent. Pecan pie probably not homemade ? , not still very good. A real find while traveling through... Food: 5 Service: 5
