I don 't normally eat here. River Roost is my favorite. Coming from this part of the woods, we don 't have many options anyway. I 've decided to do some foolish things today and eat here. It was payday. I ordered two takeout dinners. One six-piece wing and one twelve-piece chicken nugget. I know chicken nuggets are supposed to be the size of chicken nuggets, but I have chicken nuggets the size of an (MINI)CUTE) cut in HALF snicker bar.I asked the cashier how big they were and she said it was half a tender, but no, these are chicken chunks that you put in a salad! The flavour of the nuggets was actually garlic parsamen and stingy garlic. The chicken wasn 't important, but you couldn 't even melt the cheese onto the fries? Two persons ordered the same fries before me and the cheese was melted. That 's why we ordered them. The cheese was melted, it was nacho cheese. You torched the onion rings. I am the same color of the onion rings! LMAO. HOW SWEETS? We went in and said the order wasn 't worth thirty bucks. Come on. I can 't stand passive-aggressive people. The manager could have managed better. I wasn 't even interested in getting my money back. I came in at 8 o 'clock. Rushing to lock up is wild when you guys have other customers waiting for food as well. Do better thats all. Food is usually good my wife ordered 20 wings on11/16/2022 wings were not cooked all the way,some of the fries were still partially frozen.Called to inform restaurant of my issue Peron who answered the phone was rude and said bring back all of the wings we only ate 2 of the wings she stated she needed all 20 Back.The employee acted as if I was lying or trying to get something for nothing these establishments really have to get better help I will not be patronizing the business anymore

Honestly we Never had a bad experience here! We normally order wings but Is occasionally we grab extra items to host guests. Always tasty and guest compliment the food.

We hadn't dined here in quite some time, but we decided to give it another try last night—and I regret that decision. We ordered the fried pickles, which were thoroughly drenched in grease and turned out to be nothing but mush. To make matters worse, my child, who loves pickles and was munching on them with us, accidentally bit into a jalapeño. Not the best experience. As I sifted through the mushy pickles, I found about 10 more jalapeños. Why not clean out the basket beforehand? The Barnyard quesadilla was disappointing, too; each piece had only two small chunks of chicken tender on it! The two-piece catfish dinner was supposed to come with slaw, but that was missing as well, and the fish was overcooked. The chicken Caesar wrap was the only decent item we had.

As a wing enthusiast, I can confidently say that Bondos deserves a five-star rating from me. Their Georgia Gold (BBQ honey mustard) and Lemon Pepper Dry Rub wings are absolutely fantastic, and I will definitely be returning for more. I walked in just three minutes before closing, yet I still received excellent food and service. Thank you, Bondos crew!
