The staff that works there seems that they don’t care or don’t have costumer services skills, it takes so long to get an order, please don’t go there, find somewhere to go.
Order was ready when I arrived ?. I like the way they pack the bags and it includes sodas.

The manager, adorned with tattoos along her neck, lacks customer service skills. Despite ordering through the mobile app for drive-thru pickup, there was an issue on their end, prompting her to instruct me to park and come inside, defeating the purpose of the drive-thru. Refusing to comply, I showed my receipt on the app, but she insisted it looked like a counter order either I come inside or cancel the order, despite the ticket clearly indicating it was for the drive-thru. Proper education on the app and she would’ve known, canceling a mobile order isn't possible on my end. Thankfully, a more professional lady intervened, efficiently retrieving my order through the drive-thru. The lady handed me my food without uttering a word—no apology, no thank you, no invitation to come again. It's concerning to think she might be training other employees, as her lack of customer service skills indicates she needs further training.
