Panera Bread - McDonough

I love the coffee deal. The food is okay. They probably could put more meat on their sandwiches. The part with meat was good and the part of the sandwich without meat tasted just like bread. I had a cinnamon bun and the first one was delicious but he second one was just good. I once picked up curbside and that took awhile a d when I hot my order they left off the drink. I think Panera could be awesome if they put more meat on the sandwiches.

I had the chicken soup, which was quite good. The curbside pickup experience was excellent! However, the broccoli cheddar soup was absolutely fantastic.

I placed an order online for pick-up, and the gentleman at the pick-up window was very courteous. My food was ready on time, fresh, and correct. Everything was excellent, and the restrooms were clean. I want to emphasize how professionally and courteously he managed complaints and requests, even while under pressure. I was genuinely impressed; I would definitely appreciate having someone like him at my own business. Overall, it was a great experience during my road trip. Thank you, Panera!

This restaurant is our top choice for lunch while traveling across the country! The staff, from management to servers, are all friendly and exceptionally skilled at what they do. The food is always excellent, and they don’t overcook the baguettes like many other places do, allowing you to enjoy them without any discomfort! During our visit in mid-July (amid the pandemic), we did notice that cleanliness could be improved. Several light bulbs were burnt out, and the restaurant appeared a bit cluttered.
