Awesome fish fry and super fast service for a Friday parking lot was full and still fast

This restaurant has a great atmosphere and a friendly staff. The bartenders and waitresses are particularly fantastic, and they have good personable personalities. Unfortunately, the management is not as great. I used to work there, and I had some issues with them. However, the staff is so wonderful that I still go back to eat there from time to time. The food is good, but it's not the best in the area. They also don't have many vegetarian options, which is a bit disappointing. But if you're looking for a place to go for a drink and some good company, this is the place for you. Overall rating: 4 out of 5 stars

Went for Friday night fish. I had the 1 piece deep fried cod dinner with hashbrowns and cottage cheese. It was very tasty Others at my table had bluegill and deep fried cod. Our service was excellent and we didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes for a table.

I've been going here for over 20 years. Always had special memories. BUT- you changed the Wiggies, I am super bummed!

The old fashioneds at this place were incredible! That alone is worth the trip. Additionally, the fish fry was amazing. If you’re in the McFarland area, you definitely should make a stop at this classic restaurant—you won’t regret it!
