Close like at 1:00 or 1:30 you never know when is open…

At around 1330 on Sunday, 7 May, 2023 I ordered my chocolate slim-n-trim. They informed me that they were out of bananas but could substitute peanut butter. When I got my smoothie it was weak and tasteless. I returned it immediately and was told it was because of the missing bananas and said they couldn't give me a refund. They gave me a strawberry slim-n-trim, which doesn't require bananas with the same result. I'll try it again next weekend as they're usually very good, but they were very disappointing that day. 4/5 Stars.

I've tried the store a bunch of times. I don't think they are open anymore. Don't answer the phones

The two young gentlemen that were working behind the counter this afternoon (14 June 2022) were having a conversation when I walked up. When I got the attention of one of them, he promptly and rudely told me they were closed. This was 30min prior to the posted closing time. I will not be returning to this location for a long time.

I stopped in Monday and the young lady working the store couldn’t be more helpful. Service was quick and my smoothie was made perfectly. Would recommend to everyone!
